Sarah van Gelder is a writer, editor, and activist best known as the co-founder of YES! Magazine, where she served as executive editor for nearly two decades. Her work explores social justice, community resilience, environmental sustainability, and grassroots change. Sarah is the author of “The Revolution Where You Live: Stories from a 12,000-Mile Journey Through a New America,” in which she chronicles her cross-country travels to meet local change-makers.
